No, you don’t need to create an account to shop with us. You can make a purchase using our guest checkout. However, by creating an online account you can:
- Checkout faster update and save your details
- Review past orders
- Save and view your wishlist
- Be informed about sales and special offers
If something you love is no longer in stock, please feel free to contact us here and we’ll be happy to see if the items are available to purchase in any of our other stores.
We aim to have the same prices online as we have in stores. However, from time to time, there may be online only offers that are not available in-store and vice versa. To make sure you do not miss out on any of our offers, please create an online account and subscribe to our email.
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our distribution center, you’ll be sent an email confirmation to let you know that it’s on its way. Please make sure you save [email protected] to your contact so that it doesn’t go to your junk box.
Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may not be able to fully supply all items that you ordered. When this happens, we attempt to call you and/or send you an email notification to let you know that there will be an item missing from your order. You will not be charged for items that are not sent. If what you have received are not matched the order invoice, please contact our customer service team.
We’re really quick at picking, processing and packing your order. That means you are not able to amend or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Amendments may include but are not limited to: change of delivery address, changes to colors and sizes, adding or removing items, applying discounts or rewards, full order cancellations.
